Exclusive Traineeship

We have interesting and challenging traineeships for our participants.

Program

Organic Scorecard and the Companyscan 

The program starts with an extensive personal analysis (Organic Scorecard) so we can gain some insight into your skills, your drive, your personal interests and get to know which skills you can still develop more and to see what's stopping you from developing further.

We learn what motivates you and what makes you want to stay with a company. This contributes to an employment with the least possible chance of you wanting to quit and the biggest possible chance of having fun and having a high productivity with numerous challenges. 

After that the Companyscan checks if the trainee and (the department of) the organisation fit well together and live up to each others expectations.

Yearclub

Each yearclub has members whose interests overlap. The yearclub exists so we can create some social protection: as a yearclub member you'll never be alone. You'll exchange personal (work)experiences and have a great time with your club.

Because being part of a community is essential for the focus points: 'captivation' and 'commitment'.

The yearclub meets twice a week (in their free time). The activities differ each week: they can go out to diner or have a few drinks, do a pubquiz or take a trip or they can have a meeting, and it normally takes place on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. 

They yearclub has an annual theme that is related to your field of study.
Each theme has it's own lectures/seminars with interesting guest speakers on various locations in Eindhoven.

Besides all of that which has been mentioned, you also get certain privileges such as free admission to events and gadgets to test at home.

Tours

In the preparatory process for your final internship Stichting Berk initiates a tour at three company's of your choosing.


Buddy

Each participant follows the traineeship with a buddy. Stichting Berk does this to make sure that everyone has someone who can complement each other's skills.



Dutch Lessons

Stichting Berk provides Dutch lessons for international students which results in a great Dutch vocabulary at the end of the two year traineeship.



Career Roadmap

We study everyone's personal growth carefully and make sure that that personal growth contributes to the company.

A lot of trainees use only a small part of their talent after they graduate. However: you should build on it to work on your future and should always continue learning. A (Career) Roadmap reveals your ambition and helps you to achieve your goals.

Every two weeks you'll see your career attending, to check if everything is going according to plan and if you're reaching your goals. Every trainee has his or her own (Career) Roadmap and together we ensure that the right path is being followed.

To guarantee that, we make arrangements between employee and employer.



Experienced craftsmen as your personal coach

The personal coaches are of great value. They come with years of experience and know-how and can offer you a lot of guidance. A personal coach can give you tips and be a good sparring partner. Stichting Berk acknowledges how important it is that experienced craftsmen transfer their knowledge to new talent. The right know-how gets the job done.
