Stichting Berk focuses on the following points: captivation and commitment. . People with talent are captivated by a challenging traineeship en are committed to the region thanks to their social life (made possible by the Yearclub) Because, without social bonding there will be no commitment to the region and without commitment to the region there's no reason to stay.

So both focus points need to be in the right balance. Stichting Berk helps you to find that right balance.

Every year we begin with 10 Dutch students and 10 international students. A Dutch and a international student become a duo: 'buddies'.

Each duo gets a top-quality traineeship to develop their talents so they can improve their chances in the job market and can be of a higher value to the company. They take control over their own career, create their own opportunities and learn to unfurl their talents thanks to our traineeship. They'll live up to their full potential, for an honest price and the profit we make, we invest in our talented students.
